We represent general contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, sureties, and property owners in claims of defective construction and improper design, as well as premises liability and negligent activity claims. The firm has extensive trial and appellate experience defending property owners under Chapter 95 of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code and in cases involving the exclusivity provision of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act in the context of an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) or Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP). The firm also handles cases alleging professional liability and situations involving contractual indemnity agreements at both the contract phase and in litigation. The firm also has represented clients in lien disputes and disputes involving payment and performance bond issues.
